ROAD TRIP!

Mom took the week off from work last week and it was Our Time. We stayed close to home for a couple of days to enjoy a pair of play dates (yay Morgan and Logan!) and then got on the 101 heading south. These two pictures are of a nap along the way and a fun playground stop at Shell Beach. The next up are pictures of us in Malibu where we visited Claudia and Sophia (I have so much FUN with Sophia!!) and enjoyed the beach and their menagerie. The last ones we are posting today (up top) are of our time in Long Beach where I had a blast with Leeloo and friends. Thank you Claudia, Sophia, Dominique, Heather, Isa, Leeloo, Melissa, Mursshud, Kevin and others for being such lovely, fun, and loving hosts! And thanks, Dad, for supporting our adventure. xx

Tenderfoot Trail

A couple of weekends ago, we set out after a nap for a stroll or hike. We headed into Cascade Canyon and found ourselves at the base of the Tenderfoot Trail. Encouraged by another hiker, we went for it - not knowing that it would be four hours and several spectacular views later that we'd finally return home. We went up Tam to the Mountain Home Inn, crossed the side of the foothill on Panoramic and then came down the Dipsea Steps. Beautiful!

She lives far, far away (Sydney), but we have fun when we see each other (when I am not trying to take her out with a rock, steal her toys, or some other naughty thing :)

My Cousin Evi, Aunt Linda and Uncle Tiy Visit for One Day and One Night of FUN!

There are a lot of pictures to share... here are some of us hanging out at home. In one, I am having a nice little dinner with Evi. In another, Uncle Tiy is teaching me how to go through a woman's purse when she is in the shower (Evi's, of course). On Saturday, we walked to a park, picked up burritos on the way home (Evi slept along the way) and then everybody had a late lunch on the deck while I was taking my nap.

After the Egg Hunt, we went to catch up with Uncle Beau, Dad and friends golfing. here we are at the nearby playground, looking cool and having fun :)

Mom and I went to an Easter Egg Hunt at the Mill Valley Community Center on Saturday morning. There were so many children there! We had a blast... and I learned that Easter eggs are super-fun to fill with dirt :)

Last week we came home from a visit with our extended Mak family. Sadly, it was a trip to celebrate, remember and say goodbye to Grandpa... however, despite the circumstances, we all had a very special time together as a family.
