My First Camping Trip (for real!)

So, on Friday, we all came home early for a whirlwind pack-up to get on the road towards Olema (near Pt. Reyes) where we had reserved a campsite for the night with Auntie Page and Uncle Beau. When we arrived, they were on some crazy 9+ mile hike, so I helped Dad pitch the tent :) I slept well in the back of the car and then made my way into Mom and Dad's tent for the rest of the night. I think I heard Mom and Dad howling at the Full Moon??

Thanks for my fun Sushi Set, Auntie Mel!

This is one of the coolest gifts EVER. Thank you Auntie Mel! My parents were not thrilled with me when they had to wrestle me for the chopsticks before bedtime, but hey... we have all been having a lot of fun with it.

Gently waking mom from an afternoon nap (right)

I tried patting her head... playing with her hair... then giving her a hug. When that didn't work I resorted to smacking her head, which worked, but really wasn't all that fun for either of us in the end. :)

More fun at GG Park

Most of these are of me goofing around, but I included a great one of my friend Akio and his mom Josephine. Fun to see them, as always!

Evening walks

We've been taking long walks in the afternoon / evening. Today we found a little league baseball field. Dad had a hot dog and I flirted with some of the moms watching the game. Fun :)

Apricots... they look good, but...

I just don't like fruit (other than avocado). Never have. Hopefully will. Even these tree-ripened apricots from Uncle Beau and Aunt Page's house don't do it for me. I had fun playing with them for a while though :)

Hanging in the late afternoon sunshine at Uncle Beau and Aunt Page's House

Endless entertainment playing with the candy jar at Great-Grandma's house on Sunday

Funny faces and climbing on the furniture at home

Chairs are my favorite. I like to get up on top of them and lean on the back to see Mom's and Dad's reaction. For some reason they think that I might fall or something?
