We just had a FANTASTIC weekend with a crew of dear friends in Tahoe... and though I was among the littlest of the multiple kids, I still managed to had a super-fun time. The many "firsts" I enjoyed include: playing the harmonica, sailing, a water balloon toss (my word for balloon os more like "bugh"), playing in a water park AND going down a waterslide, riding a gondola and wetting my feet in Lake Tahoe! I've included one of me sleeping too... we did do a little of that as well. xx
So, you wouldn't know it from this video... but "bubble" is one of my favorite words. I pronounce it more like "buh-bool" though. "Water" is a favorite too.. though it sounds more like "alagth-luth."
Here I am at the Discovery Museum today. You'll see me toss my water, try to climb a rope structure, find a log of driftwood and catch myself from falling at least once. It is official - I am on two feet!
We have been heading up and around the trails of Mill Valley / Mt. Tam just about every weekend since moving here. Here are some shots of one of our longer treks. You'll see that I get pretty tired by the end of it - almost ready to nap on Dad's back!
Hi!
My name is Xander Reed Mak. I was born on Wednesday, June 6, 2007 - a full fledge Gemini & [Golden] Pig. My parents tell me my arrival has been highly anticipated - Sorry to keep everyone waiting :)
I arrived a full ten days late. All that extra womb time fattened me up to 9 pounds, 4 ounces.
Anyway you keep up with me on my Blog. My parents will keep it updated with all exciting developments.
Thanks for stopping by,
Xander
